Data collected

Acquirer brief form : identity (first name, last name), professional email, phone, LinkedIn profile (optional), acquirer profile, target criteria (sectors, geography, target revenue/EBITDA, qualitative criteria), budget and financing needs, acquisition horizon and free-text message.

Conversational assistant (chat) : if you wish, the assistant collects your contact details (name, email, phone) so a member of our team can get back to you.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to analyse your acquisition project, contact you and, where applicable, perform a buy-side mandate. The legal basis is your consent and Hetmos France’s legitimate interest in answering your request.

Retention

Lead data is retained for 36 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Hosting: Vercel (European Union). Lead ingestion: Hetmos France proprietary CRM. Conversational assistant: Cloudflare (service hosting) and OpenRouter (language-model provider), which may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).
